Bamberg breweries/Kellers for a group night out

Hi all,

I mentioned a while back that I was planning on taking a bunch of friends to Bamberg to celebrate my birthday. Well, it's now happening and I am taking a group of 14 people to enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes of Bamberg for a weekend in early March :)

I had initially considered spending the Saturday evening in Spezial, as that's one of my favourites but I wasn't sure if they generally let you reserve space in the breweries or kellers, some of which aren't exactly huge inside, and whether some are more ameniable to this than others.... Any advice?
