| Let me make it really easy for you. Take the bus 265 from Forchheim ZOB (right next to the bahnhof). If you take the 1330, it gives you a great afternoon. Stay on the bus and around 2 pm, you'll come into Schnaid and see the old Friedel Brewery on the right hand side (used lately by Andi - is he still brewing there?). The bus turns sharp left and begins to plunge down the valley (after one more left turn) into Stiebarlimbach. Be on your toes because it happens a bit quickly, though you'll probably be the only person on the bus and the driver will know where you are going. Get off bus, cross the road towards Roppelt's pub and cut down the side, past the brewery and a bungalow (there is an official path but nobody seems to mind use of this route). Turn left by the carp pond and walk on a few hundred metres and you're in Roppelt's keller. You can either get the bus back to Forchheim from Ropplet's pub (just after the hour until 2004) or, ehen you've had your fill of Roppelt's keller, walk up the hill and through the wood to the top of the Kreuzberg. From there, it's a nice walk back to Hallerndorf where you can take in Lieberth's keller, and the return bus to Forchheim (check the times on the way out).
