This would be a very valuable contribution if you said nothing else - which is hardly the case as some of 'conversations' in the forum prove!

However, your efforts would be greatly improved if you could post some foodie notes on 'veggie' food! Probably impossible given where you live. Happy St. Stephen's Day - sun shining brightly in west Clare.
