Anyone know anything about this apartment?

Barry, I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest place so much as the best fit. It's a lot cheaper than a nice hotel anyhow. But it looks like it's got everything I'm looking for: sleeps 4, nice kitchen, washer/dryer, unbeatable location, and looks like a really nice place.

I was just curious if anyone had looked at or stayed at this place before or if someone, like Gerhard, knows anything about it such as whether it's owned by the Hotel Nepomuk or not.
