I would definitely try and get to Wagner. You can also visit hummel obviously. Re your walk, I have done this and it is great. You can get a bus to tiefenellern at 11.50 I think. However, you have missed out brauerei holzlein in lohndorf, one of my favorite places. I was there twice this year and the beer was superb as always. If you are pressed for time I would miss out winkler. You walk through the village, it would be rude not to go in!
