| It just "fell into my head" -- the German adjective for "smooth" in terms of beer that I was struggling to remember a couple of times recently with Gerhard (maybe with Barry & Co.?), most recently with that witty Biersensoriker guy. Nicht "glatt", "süffig"! I can't remember which smooth beers we were discussing, however. |
