| Just to say that our correspondence has continued. Stephan has said that aspects of my report on the oadd management method said to be practiced in the stube are incorrect and I am happy to take his word for this. As I have emphasised to him, it's not my job to tell him how to run his business only to comment on our experience in his business in the hope that we all will enjoy a better experience and he will have a better business. I have found that our correspndence has been very open and enlightening and look forward to meeting him in the future. With respect to U, I have asked him some specific questions on the lagering process and hope to be able back shortly. |
