I am guessing they still brew it because it seems to quite variable. When I first stayed at Frau Albert's apartments in Judenstrasse I was often at Klosterbräu as it is just around the corner. The past stay at Frau Alberts I think I was there exactly twice in nearly three weeks, once for dinner and once outside just for a beer. Sad realy, because my first beer in Bamberg was a Klosterbräu bock in the Braunbierstübla, so it has a special place in my heart  |
