| Hi Stephan Thanks for your response. I did not know that you followed this forum regularly but, if you do, you will be aware that I am a loyal, if irregular, supporter of your brewery. Really, I am not so concerned about the way that you manage your operation, as this is your concern, but only on the effect that it has on your customers, especially me! I know that you have many happy guests as I see them when I come to your brewery but I am also aware that you have some unhappy guests, which must concern you as some of them are regular customers that you know well. I know also, as a former publican, that it is not easy to keep everyone happy, particularly when you have a very busy pub, but there are certainly things that could be addressed quite easily and I would be happy to talk with you about this possibly by private correspondence, as this forum may not the best place for such discussion. I will be very pleased to meet you and, of course, a Seidla of U is always welcome! However, sadly, this experience must be postponed for a little while, as my visits to Bamberg are over for this year - but maybe in the Spring. Best regards Barry Taylor Not so happy guest! |
