Mahr's U

No, there are others who don't think much of the hugely-overrated Mahr's U. Maybe not on here, but people in real life. People at the Häschaadä Keller, for example, where it's often poured next to Kraus Lager, allowing for a direct comparison with another not-kegged lager. I ask, what *is* there to like about it, being so bland and yet at the same time, so harsh? We'll have to get a "growler" of each, from Spezial and Mahr's, bring them to Abseits and do a blind tasting. (But only when the Spezial is good and hoppy like it was Monday, not like it so often otherwise is!)
