If they all use municipal water, I would assume they do come from the same source. If they use their own well water...?

Not being a freak for minerals, I really don't know which ones seem more minerally, other than like I said, the Aufsesser strikes me as such. Other beers from up there in those chalky hills I know well enough are Aichinger, and then dark ones, which I think disguise mineral character, to my mind anyway.
