| I'm not giving up yet. I think we're still having a friendly discussion, though it may *seem* as though I'm getting worked up. (Well, when don't I get worked up?) No need to visit a hop processing facility, we've got the internet. There, it's pretty clear. Wet hops couldn't possibly be pelletised, as it'd gunk up the machinery. And then they'd rot in the package, just like whole hops would, despite vaccuum packaging. This is pretty common knowledge to people in the obsessive US homebrewing culture. I'll give your regards to the Schwemme. Both of them, on both sides of the street. |
