Well, you've got to decide how much time you have and what you want to do with it. Drügendorf & Weigelshofen are simple from Forchheim, no big planning except to confirm that Urlaub is over. If you mean, is the remaining Ebermannstadt the better one, then based on my single experience with the closed one, then yes. Lovely little town, and Heiligenstadt's single beer and crotchety mother-of-the-brewer are a must. Straßgiech was only 50 minutes from Erlangen last week. Gunnar wants to go Wed, I want to too. Only open Wed - Fri and Sun lunch, so, the options are limited. Would certainly verify any places before heading out! (Interested to know what happened with Dietzhof and Hetzelsdorf on Fri, thought Jürgen had confirmed them.)
