In the evening of the 21th September we tap a barrel of the "Communebrauerei Kaufbeuren Crescentiablut" on gravity. This dark bock has 22° P and 10% vol. alc. Gernot Wildung, the owner of the "Communebrauerei Kaufbeuren", a self-educated brewer, will visit the Café Abseits and likes to talk with beerlovers. The so-called "Zoigl" in Kaufbeuren is a mix of the ideals of the Oberpfälzer Zoiglstube and the tradition of the franconian housebrews. In the first years Gernot Wildung has bought housebeers from the breweries Rittmayer, Fischer (Freudeneck) and from Seßlach. Since 2012 he brews himself. Beerfreaks will get a free glas of this Doppelbock, because we celebrate also the 30 years anniversary of the Café Abseits. We will use beer tasting glasses and red wine glasses. For wimps we will also tap on gravity the housebrew of the Communebrewery Kaufbeuren http://www.communebrauerei-kaufbeuren.de/ Kaufbeuren is a city in the Allgäu. The name of the bock tells the story of the the holy Crescentia von Kaufbeuren (1682 to 1744). She was born 304 and was a martyr. The name means "Crescentia's blood".
