Excellent ideas, though Pretzfeld might be a bit too modern for present company, despite being in a centuries-old(?) barn. I tried to get B&J to get to Unterzaunsbach last year, but the bus schedule isn't ideal. And then, of course, there's the UNMISSABLE Heiligenstadt and her cranky landlady. "Es ist Spezialbier!"
