| When an old brewery is bought these days, it's just about never with intent of restarting operations there, unless a much smaller pilot brewing kit is installed at the old location, or it's converted into a small-scale brewery and Gaststätte. Wolfshöher's own brewery is well to the southeast of Forchheim, in the northern reaches of Neunkirchen am Sand (actually, it's a lot closer to Schaittach, also a brewing town), and any revival of the old Forchheimer Brauhaus brand will be done there. |
