Griess Keller

My first sampling of Griess at the Keller this year on Monday revealed not only great flavour & aroma, but also, blessedly little carbonation. Almost as if the barrel had been tapped the day before and left to sit over night, except it was perfectly fresh and clean. It's up to 4€ Mass / 2€ Seidla this year though...too close to Bamberg! The mostly downhill ride to Strullendorf through Roßdorf (passing the Keller there) is a really lovely one too, I'm always struck by this.
