I'd be very much game for those places, being very convenient for short bike tours, and having only been to Freudeneck. Erm...Montag Ruhetag at Mürsbach according to their webbie (whereas http://www.franconiabeerguide.com/CityDetail.asp?City=M%FCrsbach says Sunday). Freudeneck also Montag...ack! Höfen open from 15.00. Maybe another destination?
