!?! Where are you getting tschechisches Bier?!? It's the 10° sort of stuff I'm after: so soft and a nice bit of flavour despite the low gravity. Something Franconians don't seem to master easily. Also compared some lagered mild (AKA Breznak "Schwarzbier", AKA their 3.8% tmavy dark) with regular mild yesterday, St. Peter's Mild, which has a very nice coffee note to it.
