OT: Kölsch

"I've said it before and will say it again: Köln really needs a Kölschhaus with various brewers' beers available side-by-side, gravity pour and everything. Same goes for Düsseldorf and Altbier" I think it would be pointless for Dusseldorf as the places are so close to each other and it's so easy to just walk right up and get a beer almost instantaneously at each one of them. Plus the pubs themselves are a big part of the attraction (for me anyhow). It might more sense for Köln though since it's more spread out.
