Walk from Pferdsfeld to Loffeld-Stublang-Bad Staffelstein.

I was thinking the same. Train to Bad Staffelstein and walk to Metzgerbräu in Uetzing earlier and do the route backwards towards Ebensfeld. Hope this Metzgerbräu beer everyone seems to be raving about is worth the walk.
