Brauerei Wolf, Rüdenhausen

Have been there for hours and bought a box of now hand bottled Pils. The health department officer shut down Mr. Wolfs very old bottling line, so Mr. Wolf still brews his superb beers (Pils and dark beer), but fills the bottles with an even older hand bottling machine now. Of course he's busy repairing the old machines, too. He even has to paste on the labels by hand! He's now turning 60 and doing all the work alone - please visit the brewery as long as this is possible. Great man, great beer. He also said, that the health department seems to be very keen on closing small old breweries for the benefit of big companies. The officer asked him severeal times why he doesn't want to close his business for good. Quite annoying, isn't it?
