Drunk Bicycling - Possible BAC Limit Change

Ah, that. Well, who knows what "rowdy" means here? Being drunk and rowdy enough to disturb a neighborhood isn't necessarily what I'd consider responsible. In other drunk bicycling news here in Erlangen, a 75 YO cyclist here was observed by a truck driver to be riding strangely, coming towards him. He was able to brake in time as the cyclist fell over, nearly landing under a back wheel of the truck. BAC 2 Promille / 0.2 %.
