"Being a butcher in Germany means to have lots of knowledge about hygienic standards anyway." Jawohl! Please tell me, then, why Germans insist on washing meat in water before they cook it? Do they not think their butcher is as clean as he or she should be? I hope you don't wash your steaks before you grill them! (Oy!) |
