So, with the Pension, I assume there's a breakfast room or something. Is there also a bar to serve the Pension guests? This sounds like exactly the kind of thing I fantasise about doing myself in the not-too-distant future. I assume he's a real, trained Brauer or Braumeister, whereas I'm just a Hobbybrauer.
