Vatertag - May or June?

It was not over-carbonated. It was lovely. I didn't notice any carbonic "bite", nor did I really think about it. It was poured expeditiously...into Glaskrüge just for me as he knows we furriners like it, too. Got the added CO2 finely-tuned right now, I reckon!
