beer recipe - will it work?

It looks like a good recipe to me. Using the 10% Melanoidinmalz will give it a nice Rotbier effect. I use that ingredient whenever I want to make a red ale or lager and add a little extra maltiness to the flavor. Now how it will come out depends on all the other stuff (type of yeast, mash temperature, fermentation temp, lagering, etc.)
