beer recipe - will it work?

Yes, the guy who's brewing knows the model beers. But the new one has to be different, of course. "Am currently sat at Kitzmann drinking 300 Rotbier in the Sun. No sign of you though!?!" Working until 6 p.m., then heading to Gasthof Walkmühle, Feuchtwangen, to have both Fischer Spezial and Pils (unfiltered) straight from the cask. Wonderful evening. Walkmühle is part of the slow food movement, very nice place.
