When I was there with Scott last September, the brew kit was in and they were in the final stages of sorting out the fixtures and fittings. Looks like you will be able to sit in the brewhouse to drink your beer. The refit has cost in the region of Euros 400,000. I would have thought that if they are not open or brewing there yet, it must be very soon. We visited on Saturday lunchtime, and hour after the place should have closed, and both the shop and the bar were still serving. Mat
