First of all, this is not directed towards any one person... I don't have many rules here -- and I don't want many -- but I would say number one would be don't make negative comments about another poster, his/her motive for posting, their taste in beer, etc. etc. If you feel something is not appropriate, email me (fred at franconiabeerguide dot com) and I will delete the post if I feel it crosses the line. You have to click a link in order to bring up a post -- if you feel somebody's signal to noise ratio is not high enough, then don't read their posts. And I would continue to encourage everybody to change the subject line in your post if you are heading in a different direction than the one to which you are replying -- that way people can make an informed choice whether to spend time reading your post.
