Now I really wish I had taken the time to visit the Nürnberger Bratwurst am Glockl. Next time. My one visit to the Weisses Brauhaus was mostly great except for the surly Munich waitress experience when trying to pay. We asked politely to pay at first. Over 30 minutes later we asked again more impatiently to pay at which point we were shouted at by the waitress with "I don't have time for this!!". So we got up to leave. Miraculously we were suddenly allowed to pay promptly with a side bonus of being treated to a sobbing waitress telling us how stressful her life is. Oh well, it was worth it. As you said the food and beer are top notch.
