OT: Muenchen/Augsburg/Ehingen

If I may, one other suggestion: maybe go to Ehingen on the Donau, four breweries in a nice small town, perfect for a day trip, and apart from the Berg-brewery all close to the centre. Berg has a hotel in the centre where you can try their beers. http://www.bierkulturstadt.info/ Was there two years ago, liked it very much.
