Zoigl newbie information

Is it correct that Zum Waldnaabtal is closed on fridays? Seems like Fiedlschnieder is the only one open the 28th June. But then I can do Oberphalzer hof and Zum Weissen Schwan. Plan on arriving 18.00 and just staying 1 night and moving on to Bamberg. Is that too little? Will I regret that? Thanks for the all the info BTW. You guys are a great help!
