Nearly had a heart attack whilst reading the weekend paper earlier. There's going to be a foreclosure auction of a Gaststätte in Eggolsheim's Hauptstraße later in April, estimated value around 300k €. The address sounded very familiar: Hauptstraße 43. Luckily for us though, it's Landgasthof Goldenes Lamm, not Schwarzes Kreuz, Hauptstraße 33. And googling reveals it was featured on a TV show a few years ago where a financial expert goes around to help troubled businesses stay afloat.
