bahn.de says there is a bus from 11.30 to Tiefenellern (11.51) on Sunday. Is this to late for You? It's a good time for a lunch. Maybe it is possible to find guests who will take You to the next village. You can ask the owner/waiter. They know where their regulars come from and can ask them. The most villagers and waiters like foreign visitors because they are proud of their breweries and villages. The other possibility is to get a pick-up walking the road. The villagers know that the bus connections are bad and are ready to help people who haven't a car. So You can save maybe some kilometers. But it is better to ask in the brewpub, because there are not so many cars on the roads on Sunday. Maybe You try to go back to Bamberg from Rossdorf. The brewpub Sauer has many guests on Sunday from the city of Bamberg.
