BSF coming to Bamberg next year.

For the room of the brewpub Fässla You can get a regular reservation. I don't know if they have a miminum sales. But You are a good group for each brewpub because You will drink and maybe eat more than other guests. I will try to get a connection to Mr. Kalb and ask him for his conditions. I have talked today with Hannes Schulters from the Brewery Museum. They need money for the room and service, depending on the duration, maybe 50 to 150 Euro (for the waiter and the charwoman). But then You have to pay for the beer only the purchase price. He can order food for You from a bakery and/or a butcher and You have to pay only the money that the butcher/baker get. So under the bottom line, this location would be cheaper than a regular pub. He would look after You personally and offer a museum visitation too. I haven't asked Mrs. Weyermann or Dominik Maldoner (brewmaster of the Weyermann Braumanufaktur), because both are currently in the USA (Washington, Craft Brewers Conference). But I can ask them after their return. I hope Weyermann will offer the room and service for free.
