| I may be remembering this wrong, but isn't most of the "tankovna" P-U unpasteurized while the standard kegs are pasteurized. That would be a +1 for tankovna. Before the big consolidation in Köln I used to see brewery tank trucks parked outside pubs in the morning. So bulk tanks may have also been in use in some pubs there. Haven't seen it recently or maybe I am just not up and out that early any more :) |
