"vom Fass" doesn't mean "bayerischer Anstich". It means only: no bottle. "vom Fass" can be - bayerischer Anstich - with gaz from KEGs, sometimes with a long distance between the storage room and the tap and so a big gaz pressure - with a flow cooler, a short distance between the KEG and the tap, that means You need only a small gaz pressure. - some very big pubs, p.e. restaurants at the Autobahnen, doesn't use KEGs. They get their beer with a tanker and storage it in great tanks. - In the last years some innovations like PerfectDraft http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/PerfectDraft assert that You can tap beer with such systems. Target audience: private consumers. But this is a possibility also for small pubs, bars of small hotels or winebars with a low demand, to offer beer tapped instead bottles. They use small barrels with 5 or 6 liters. "ausgeschenkt vom bayerischen Anstich". Better You say: - "ausgeschenkt im bayerischen Anstich" (I would prefer) - "ausgeschenkt per bayerischem Anstich" - "ausgeschenkt mit bayerischem Anstich" |
