Gravity pour (bayrischer Anstich)

Holzfass is a subset of gravity pour...right? The normal "Bauchfass" ("belly barrel" owing to the non-cylindrical shape) barrels at Witzgall, Löwenbräu, et. al., are aluminium barrels with a plastic 'imitation wood' outside coating. But jawohl, it gets thte point across. Could've been a one-off, but every time I've been there, it's been CO2 driven. Is the Urbräu different from their Kellerbier? http://www.rossdorfer-felsenkeller.de/ Funny image of a Bauchfass there, ironically. Or not?
