| Got some from an online homebrew supplier here, listed as vacuum-packed "aroma hop flowers" (Aromadolden). Well, they're unlike any hop flowers I've had before: seemingly un-dry (or maybe it's just the incredible oiliness?) and not whole flowers, but chopped up! Not so happy about that. I brewed a single-hop half-IPA with them earlier today, have to see how it turns out. They aren't as intensively aromatic as the flowers I lovingly squished in my hands at the Brau-Beviale in November, FWICT. 21.4% alpha acids though, don't think I've ever used anything over 20% before this. FWIW, here's why you should not rely on babelfish to translate from German to English...my letter to the tax authorities explaining...can you figure it out?
