There are some great bargains in the Oberpfalz, seems much cheaper there. I'd like to buy the place next to Zum Roud'n, lovely building with great garden for only €268,000, used to be a Schlecker store. Perfect for a zoigl stub'n but I'm probably a bit long in the tooth for that sort of adventure!
