What would it cost you (ingredients, energy, etc.) to produce beer, in Euros per Liter? If you could produce it for €1/L, and sell it for €5, then your "profit" would be €4/L. Going simply on that, you'd have to sell 250 Liters per month, or ~8-9 L/day (sales 30 days per month) or 10 L/day if only open 5 days per week. You'd then have to deduct the cost of keeping your tasting room open (heat, water, etc.), and increase the number of Liters per day accordingly. This is my rough calculation, but there are probably all kinds of other costs that would need to be factored in. |
