Bottled yesterday, after about 46 hours of fermentation, when the specific gravity measured 2.9P/1.012, suggesting it was about 85 - 90% done fermenting. The remaining bit of fermentation will occur in the bottle, giving carbonation. And quite a bit more yeast sediment than a "traditionally" primed, bottle-conditioned beer of this low gravity would have. But we can commence drinking today, not in 10 days! |
