Horse meat dishes in Bamberg?

I have no idea of the time frame but it goes back to 60's or earlier I could beleieve it. I'm sure it meat consumption was drastically down from 1939 forward. Choosing the starting point (and the scale) is how people lie with statistics (not saying that is the case here) Fred (Enjoying some good beer in Dublin....)
