World Meat Consumption

This site says that meat consumption in Germany increased from 63.8 kg per person per year in 1961 to 82.1 kg in 2002. http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/datablog/2009/sep/02/meat- consumption-per-capita-climate-change 2007 numbers show Germany is #21 at 87.7 kg. Guess who was #1 in 2007? If you said USA, you'd be wrong. http://www.scribd.com/doc/91840616/Meat-Consumption-Per-Person Maybe 30 kg per year was right after WWII?
