Horse meat dishes in Bamberg?

Article in the paper today said the meat came from a French supplier and has also landed in this country. Looking down from my own personal high horse: I would never eat horse, nor would I eat dog. There are numerous dried horse products that I could feed to my dog, however, at the pet stores here. So far, he's been happy with various bits of lamb and beef though.
