Meinel Bräu on TV

The two daughters (Moni und Gisi Hansen-Meinel) try to relaunch the brewery. Sebastian Priller-Riegele, former world champion beersommelier, from the Brauerei Riegele in Augsburg (member of the "Freie Brauer") helps them. Moni(ka) brews, Gisi makes the commercial part of the Meinel Brewery. Together with two other female brewmasters (Yvonne Wernlein from the brewery Haberstumpf in Trebgast and Isabelle Straub from Drei Kronen in Memmelsdorf) they have brewed in Memmelsdorf a cooperative beer "HolladieWaldfee". I have not get this beer; it is sold out very fast. 500 liters (if I remember correctly), bottled in wine bottles. They plan to brew other cooperative beers after this success (sold out, many articels in journals). Riegele has brewed an "India Pale Ale" with the hop "Mandarina Bavaria" from Hüll.
