The locals say Brauerei Fischer in Freudeneck. Rattelsdorf is the administration unit and also the postal adress: Freudeneck 2 96179 Rattelsdorf But You find in many list of breweries the hint of the small subvillage Freudeneck. Their website www.hahnerla.de Nothing to do with the Brewery Fischer in Greuth, a part of the administration unit Höchstadt a.d.Aisch, 15 km in the south of Bamberg. The Metzgerbräu names their main beer "ungespundet". They have also a wheatbeer and a saisonal bock.
