Sticke Warriors?

We haven't set a specific time for dinner. We've a tasting with Andy and the Danish bunch scheduled for about 4:30. I'd be surprised if we started eating much before 6:30-7pm. Sort of depends on if Andy wants to give (and anybody wants to take) a tour of the old brewery.
