Sticke Warriors?

The bierkeller.by webbie should list the Öffnungszeiten of the various Bierkeller(s). Roppelt have Karpfen every day, but Friday's the best bet for fresh oil in the fryers. We've been there on weekends, and it's been fine. Weekends are *much* busier though, and Gerhard & Uschi only go on Fridays, owing to the afore-mentioned "oil issue". And they're a fun couple.
